I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to leave my pet(s) at [Your Business Name] at my own risk. While all reasonable care and attention will be given, I understand and accept the following terms:

1. **Assumption of Risk**: I accept that animals may become ill, escape, dig, or behave unpredictably. I agree that Stanthorpe Holiday Park is not liable for any loss, illness, injury, escape, or death of my pet(s) during their stay.

2. **Release of Liability**: I release Stanthorpe Holiday PArk, its owners, staff, and agents from any and all liability for any damage or injury caused to or by my pet(s), to themselves, other animals, people, or property.

3. **Behavior Expectations**: All pets must be well-behaved, socialised, and manageable. If a pet displays excessive anxiety, continuous barking or crying, aggression, or destructive behaviour (e.g., damaging property), I understand I will be contacted and must collect my pet immediately.

4. **Emergency Care**: If my pet becomes ill or injured, I authorize teh park to seek veterinary care at their discretion. I agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

5. **Inspection Opportunity**: I have been given the opportunity to inspect the premises where my pet(s) will stay and am satisfied with the conditions.

6. **Health and Behavior**: I confirm my pet(s) are in good health and not aggressive or known to bite. I will disclose any medical or behavioral issues prior to drop-off.

7. **Personal Items**: I understand any personal items left with my pet (e.g., toys, bedding) are left at my own risk and may not be returned in the same condition.

8. **Fee*: I agree to pay the fee for service. $40 per hour for supervised care or $30 per hour for unsupervised care.
