Up to date rules are provided at check in. By visiting or staying at our park you acknowledge and adhere to these rules.
PARK RULES:
Please only flush the toilet paper provided and don’t flush big piles to avoid blocking our sewerage lines.
SHOWERS & WATER All water you use is trucked in at a large cost. Please be conscious of water. Showers take $1 coins for 4 minutes.
No washing of vehicles or vans. Please where possible fill tanks before arriving or use local public fill points instead of our limited supply.
SPEED Limit is walking pace or 6km/hr. Please look out for children on foot, wheels or playing.
Departure time is 11am.
VISITORS ALL must be registered at office and visitor fee may apply.
NOISE No loud noise or music after 9.30pm or before 8am, please respect all guestsí right to enjoy peace and quiet.
SITE PRIVACY Please do not walk through other peoples sites. Monitor children.
AMENITIES: Please keep amenities clean and tidy up after yourself. Please no ‘bush wee’s’ near your site or cabin. DO NOT FLUSH WIPES!
Parking 1 vehicle per site only. Additional cars & may only enter with prior approval.
SMOKING is not allowed in buildings, cabins or vans, communal areas, or within 4m of buildings. Must not interfere with the comfort of guests. Butts must be disposed of safely and in bins. $300 cleaning fee applies for smoking in cabins or vans.
FIRES and fire policy –
Fires are only permitted within the designated fire areas, or on your site in proper off ground fire pits. Please use the silver metal bins around park for dumping ash. Do not dump ash in gardens, around trees or on grass.
Firewood can be purchased and pits hired from reception. Fires only permitted when not in bushfire season, fire warning danger rating days, and not in windy weather.
Do not light fires under trees. Keep all fires small and contained. You must extinguish all fires with water before you leave your site or go to sleep. Keep a water bucket nearby. Do not burn plastics or synthetics. If you break these rules, you will be asked to leave and may be responsible for the insurance excess.
BIKES & SCOOTERS – only daylight hours. Helmets must be worn. Keep to roads and do not cross through sites.
RUBBISH Only use the trailer bins provided. Please wrap all garbage. Do not leave any items behind or a dump fee will apply. No garbage to be left on your site. Any property that is broken or a health risk will be dumped.
BEHAVIOUR Anyone engaging in the use of drugs, overuse of alcohol, creating mess, threatening, aggressive or unwelcoming behaviour, smoking in rooms/vans or communal areas, bringing unregistered guests or breeching rules will be asked to leave without refund.
BBQís & PIZZA OVENS Please clean the BBQ’s & ovens after use ready for the next guest. You must extinguish fires in the oven & clean them out.
CAMP KITCHEN Please be considerate of other guests. Clean up and leave it as you would like to find it. Label all stored food & use the bins!
LAUNDRY Machines take $1 coins. DO NOT OPEN LIDS WHILE RUNNING. USE PAUSE. No make shift clotheslines to avoid damage to others. Use minimal soap for optimal machine performance & to avoid overloading our sewerage.
CHILDREN Guests are responsible for all children on their booking at all times. Under 12s need to be accompanied by an adult when using facilities. Children must stay at their site after 8pm unless with an adult & respect site boundaries.
PET POLICY Pets must always be supervised and kept leashed. All poop must be picked up, wrapped and put in bins.
No pets are to be left unattended in the park or cabins while you go out. Ask us about local pet friendly places. Dog sitting may be available at non peak times for a fee. Do not use the laundry facilities to wash your pet or its bedding. Pets are not permitted in any building (incl. cafe, reception, camp kitchen & amenities).
Pet Friendly Cabins must be left clean. Pets must be house trained, not allowed on beds, and any damage or soiling will incur an extra cleaning or repair fee of $150 plus replacement costs. Owners are responsible for injury or damage caused and are liable for any related claim. Noisy, barking, intimidating or aggressive behaviour by pets (or guests) will not be tolerated.
FACING THE ROAD All van and trailer hitches/a-frames must always be facing the road.
DUMP POINT Due to the sensitivity of our treatment system and the inability to monitor the chemicals and paper guests use in their toilets we’re unable to offer a dump point at this time. The closest point is in Folkestone St.
If you plan ahead and only use dissolvable paper or no paper we can provide a dump spot.
REFUNDS We have a no refund policy. You are welcome to inspect your site or cabin before paying.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION Assembly area is opposite the reception area on grass and at fire pit. In the event of an emergency, please follow staff and emergency services directions.
CARE Care must be taken of your own possessions. We take no responsibility for theft or damage. No refunds or reimbursements given.
