Accommodation Details:
Type: Onsite Van, Bunk Rooms, Pods or other long term seasonal or worker accommodation.
On acceptance you acknowledge we may conduct identity or police checks on any residents staying more than 40 days.
All guests must provide a form of payment for making automatic weekly payments and for any damage expenses.
RENT & BOND:
Rent is deducted automatically one week in advance. Late payments will incur late charges of $15 per week. Non refundable
A bond is payable on arrival to cover any damages or reduced notice period.
- Care of Accommodation
Guests agree to care for the accommodation and all shared facilities, ensuring that they are left in a clean and tidy condition. Your site or area must be kept clean and tidy at all times, free of rubbish and belongings. No rubbish or food scraps is to be kept on your site or outside your accommodation. - Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited within or around the accommodation and all communal areas.
No smoking at reception, café or toilet blocks. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to additional cleaning fees and may be asked to leave immediately. There is no exception to this policy. Smoke alarms are not to be removed from any location.
If you are caught smoking in vans, cabins or accommodation a $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your card immediately. - Kitchen and Facilities
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the camp kitchen and all shared facilities. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or request to leave.All food stored in the camp kitchen fridges must be labelled or may be thrown out.
All kitchen items, utensils and other items must not be stored at the camp kitchen and benches kept clean at all times. - Parties and Noise
No parties or events are permitted on the premises. Quiet hours are enforced from 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise disturbances during these hours will not be tolerated. - Notice of Departure
Guests must provide at least one week’s notice prior to departure. At which you’re your site or accommodation will be inspected for damage or repairs. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bond. Your bond will be used to cover your final week of stay. - Bond
A bond equivalent to one week’s accommodation fees is required upon check-in. This bond will be used to cover your final week of stay, only after a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation. - Inspections
Accommodation is subject to inspection at any time by management. Guests agree to cooperate with management during inspections. - Damages
All damages caused by the guests must be paid for in full. As well as any stolen property. By signing this agreement, guests indemnify the host against any damages or losses incurred during their stay. - Short-Term Stay Acknowledgment
Guests acknowledge that they are short-term visitors and not residents. They agree to vacate the premises and accommodation upon completion of their work or at the end of the agreed stay. As a short term seasonal worker or similar you are not entitled to any rights or powers afforded to residents or long term tenants. - Termination
The host reserves the right to provide two weeks’ notice for any reason to terminate this agreement and request the guests to vacate the premises. In circumstances where behaviour or breach of rules or terms is the cause of termination, there will be no notice period given. - Cleanliness and Other Terms
- Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their accommodation and all shared areas.
- Waste must be disposed of properly in designated bins.
- Dumping of tents, gazebo’s or large items is NOT permitted. Doing so will incur a $150 dumping charge.
- Any behaviour that is deemed disruptive or disrespectful to other guests or staff may result in immediate termination of the stay.
- Prohibited Activities
- The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Drunkenness, aggression or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Public indecency or inappropriate conduct is not allowed.
- Compliance with Park Rules
All park rules must be followed as supplied at check-in. Guests are required to familiarize themselves with these rules. - Guest Registration
All guests must be registered at reception and approved by management. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval. - Parking
You must park in the dedicated parking areas for your accommodation only. One car per site or room at all times unless approved by management. - Bedding and Utilities
Guests must provide their own bedding. - Amenities.
You must keep all shared amenities, bathrooms and communal areas clean. Do not leave shavings or hair in bathrooms and clean up after yourself. - Power & Water
You must turn off all appliances including cookers, heaters and fans when you are not at the park. Be mindful of water and power usage otherwise additional charges will apply.
Any electricity use deemed to be above normal will be chargeable to the guest.
Showers are $1 per 4 minutes. - Pets
No pets or animals to be kept in the accommodation or onsite. Exceptions may be made with approval of management.20. Tourist facilities.
You are not entitled to use any of the facilities or amenities provided for tourists. The enjoyment of our tourists and guests is important. These facilities are to be kept free for paying tourists use only. Such as: Bath Haus, Sauna Room, Communal Fire Pit, etc.Cafe Access
The café area is open to paying patrons only.
You may not loiter at the front of reception or café unless waiting for transport or purchasing from the café.
You are not permitted to sit around reception or cafe for the purpose of using the internet.
Cafe and reception are not to be sitting areas after 6pm.

By signing this agreement, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms outlined herein.
